Quality Control by IFL
During and after production we conduct strict quality control procedure, to make sure your floor fulfills all relevant national and international quality standards, and proves what it promises.
Our quality control is mainly separated into two parts:
INSPECTION
TESTING
A qualified and experienced inspector will check the raw material, production and the finished product of our production plant.
Nothing gets delivered without being approved by the critical eyes of our inspector.
Our ISO-certified lab will test your floors like a doctor!
All kinds of possible defects and quality issues will be detected here. To just name a few of those test:
- Delamination GB/T 18103
- Staining resistance for natural oiled floors
- Staining resistance for lacquered floors EN438-2
- Formaldehyde Emissions GB18580 & EN717-1/2
- Moisture Content EN13183-1
- Resistance to Scratching EN438-2
